📦 Return Policy
- Books are eligible for return only if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).
- ✅ If return is approved, a ₹200 return handling charge will be applicable (pickup + processing).
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- ✅ A ₹200 exchange charge will be applicable (pickup + re-delivery).
